If I could give this company 0 stars I would the fact that I had to take my pre employment screening now 3 times because of them is insane if you are not processing samples on the weekend you need to let it be know to customers to not take the test on a Friday a delay in transit is not acceptable the sample was given on a Friday and you don’t receive it till Tuesday what?!!!!!!!! that’s outrageous you then wait till Friday to tell person so now they have to wait an entire week for a new test y’all don’t need to handle anythi... read more
I have now gone for 2 pre employment drug screens to be screened through Alere, because the first one came up as “Dilute” which I thought was odd because I wasn’t extremely hydrated. The second test which I took at Northern Star Medical was also to be sent to Alere, and I expressed my frustration to the staff that I had to go for yet another screening. My experience with Cynthia Lovinsky was very disappointing. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I reached out several times via email with important questions and got no response for over a week. When she finally replied, instead of addressing my concerns, she asked why I had sent multiple emails—ignoring the fact that she never responded in the first place. Very frustrating and unhelpful experience.
