was told they received my urine specimen on the 9th, and that it take 24-48 hours to process. It is now the 15th and after calling at least 5 different phone numbers I was told that the specimen went for testing today, so a whole week after they received it. How is this even legal to keep people from starting there job this long. How can my pee sit in a cup for 10 days in total and still be good. How is it ok to lie to me over the phone with bull time estimates. F*** you Alere!!!!!
Takes forever to get results back for a simple urine drug screening. Customer service representative by the name of Jolynn was also very rude and unhelpful and refused to answer how long it would take for the results to come in when Alere is the one doing the testing.
