I was tested for cholesterol today using their alere cholestec LDX product, The results were questionable so the test was repeated using the same blood source withing minutes on another identical machine. The two results varied by 30%, shocking variation making the whole process very, very unreliable. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Don't trust this device.
I absolutely do not recommend that anyone use this lab for drug screening purposes. My prospective employer sent me to get an eScreen and I told the collector that I am on a medication that will come up as a "false positive" and I have a prescription. I had proof with me during the test and showed her. However, I was told that Abbott would get in contact if they needed to ask questions. Not a good company. They are very childlike and dishonest. The Technical Services team is so bad, u professional and over analytical. They bully people here and cause trauma for fun to employees.
Damone was extremely rude and condescending when I visited. I would never recommend him nor Rapid.
