The experience was great. My only suggestion would be improve the internet connection and TV connection. Since infusions take time these two perks are needed.
They were very professional and nice and friendly. I was able to get in and out with little or no wait time. It was a good experience with very little pain. Very good place to be referred to. Thanks to all that assisted me.Wifi was giving them a little trouble. But they got that resolved and all went well after that. In no time I was on my way. Thanks everyone.
The phone process seems to NOT exist. The staff at Bullhead Alercare were helpful and professional. I hope more than just one day open will happen. I spent hours on the phone holding and never getting an answer. This was frustrating!
