In April, 2025 hired Alex to come and epoxy double garage. He sent 2 of his crew and they did what looked like a great job. The floor looked great. However, in a few months, cracks and air bubbles appeared. During this winter, there appeared more serious issues. Water is pooling in 2 areas. Obviously, poor leveling of floor before putting down the epoxy. Second more serious issue is that when the floor is wet from slush and snow brought in from outside, the floor is like a skating rink.
