My mother-in-law used this company to put new windows in her home, and when she brought concerns to the company after installation, such as it being colder in her house and condensation building up inside the windows, not only did the gentleman yell at her through the phone, but spoke in such a degrading fashion that I’m baffled they are still in business. I decided to call and get 3 bids and Alenco was my third choice. I wasn't familiar with the brand but to my surprise they have an amazing product! I was very impressed with the knowledge of the salesperson and the quality of the product they had to offer compared to the other two companies; they were even less expensive than the other two! If you are getting new windows and calling some bigger name companies, I highly encourage you to call Alenco.
