Look no further! I would give 10/5 stars if I could. I called Alena with an S.O.S. situation less than a week before my wedding. From our first conversation, she was calming, encouraging and incredibly knowledgable. Alena is an incredibly creative and talented designer/alterations expert. I’ve now used her services for bridesmaids dress alterations and now for my own wedding dress! On top of her visionary and quality work, her warm personality has been such a special light during a time that’s generally stressful for everyone - wedding planning. Horrible experience using Alena. My brand new dress was ruined in anticipation of a friends wedding. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. I bought a brand new dress that needed the top taken in. I requested rush as the wedding was the following weekend. I requested it to be returned by Wednesday to ensure there was time to make any changes and I had a very busy day following day before traveling.
