I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alena and her bridal shop. This past Friday, in the middle of wedding-day chaos, I realized I had forgotten my veil at home. I started calling around in a bit of a panic, and Alena’s shop was the only one that truly cared enough to help me. She picked up right away, sent me a picture of the veil I was interested in, and even took the time to shorten it perfectly to fit my height and dress. Look no further! I would give 10/5 stars if I could. I called Alena with an S.O.S. situation less than a week before my wedding. From our first conversation, she was calming, encouraging and incredibly knowledgable. Not only did she provide a better solution to the fit issue than any other seamstress in town, but she had it done in less than 48 hours **and** charged half of what others were quoting me. Alena is an incredibly creative and talented designer/alterations expert. I’ve now used her services for bridesmaids dress alterations and now for my own wedding dress! On top of her visionary and quality work, her warm personality has been such a special light during a time that’s generally stressful for everyone - wedding planning. I can’t recommend Alena high enough!
