Had a 3:30 appointment. Arrived, filled out the paperwork, and at 4:20 we were still waiting to see the Dr. When we approached the desk, first - I saw my insurance cards and license were sitting on the counter, ready for anyone to take. They never called me to say I could take them back. We were told we'd be seen "soon". They did not say anything about the doctor being behind schedule or anything else. Excellent doctor. I had an issue that 3 hospitals and 2 specialist could not diagnose over the course of 3 months. Aleksey diagnosed it in 5 minutes. Like I said, excellent doctor and a great person. Highly recommended.
