Very compassionate
I like Dr. Ferbet, but after my appointment my daughter PJ, who was with me and has been on several prior occasions, pointed out to me that he did not even acknowledge her when he came in, or during the appointment. That was not good.
I slipped on the ice and bent my foot alll the way backwards like a fist . I had to be in the building anyway and just inquired if there was a foot doctor and he was there and he was available and he saw me. I appreciate , doctor, your personality and your professionalism. I enjoyed meeting you and interacting with your staff and I just hope I don't have to come see you again too soon!
Dr Ferbet is so nice. He listens and explains everything so that you understand. I am appreciating the experience. Five days post survey and the pain is more tolerable.
