Great products, great staff, easy to buy and pic up…
Update your business hours. Drove down from seattle, sat in traffic for 45 mins, got to store at 4:10 on a friday and store was closed. Online its advertised as 4:30pm. Huge waste of my time.
My gate opener was damaged when I received it and they replaced the damaged parts without hesitation!

Drove three hours, and had confirmed during the week they’d load the sauna for me. When I got there they told me to come back another time because they couldn’t load it. After choosing a different sauna they told me it would come with lava rocks but after I bought it they refused to give them to me. When I called later they said I’d have to come back and get them and that they wouldn’t ship them. Drove another 6 hours there and back. Employees were not kind either. Unfortunately not a great experience.
