I've had my Aleko Single Swing Swing gates (2 GG/SA 850 AC/DC Estate Gates) for a few years now & working well (exception for windy days over 15 mph). Recently , I needed Tech Support which was excellent & deserve 10,000 Stars ! Thank U !!!
Bought an awning that suppose to have a warranty. It arrived dented and scratched and then ended up with the arms bending from the weight of the awning. I asked thru an email if I could get a refund over a month ago and they won’t respond.
Staff are very knowledgeable of products and attentive to questions or inquiries from customer. They are also courteous. Services are prompt
Quick delivery thru Home Depot, competative price on 13x10. The material is heavier than out last awning which I thought was a bonus. Only wish Aleco had more videos on YouTube,
Very poor customer service. For such expensive products you would think they would provide good installation introduction. Instructions manual is missing many steps, product does not come with all the parts necessary to complete installation. I had to fabricate some parts to get to work. It’s been almost 2 hours waiting for a call back from customer support. I will never buy from them again.
