Bought an Aleko 16’x6’ swing gate through Home Depot. Installed as per the instructions and then had to dig up post and cement because the gate sagged so much. Dug the hole 3’x3’x3’. Then took the bottom 3’ or the post and drilled holes and ran (5) 2’ pieces of REBAR through the base of the post. Lowered the post back in the new hole and had a cement company come and fill the whole with 1+ cubic yard of high strength cement. Let the concrete cure for 5 weeks. Rehung the gate yesterday. This is a rare find as companies go. After I purchased my patio awning from Aleko, I received unusually great service from this company.From sales to technical service, their courtesy, knowledge and rapid response during and after the sale has been superb.
Sauna arrived damaged. Weeks have gone by with no answer to the claim.
Very happy with the quality of the awning and it looks great!
