I purchased an ALEKO 3-4 person sauna because I loved the design and the photos, opting for it over Costco, which has plenty of positive reviews about their customer service. Was sent accessories for an electric gate that didn't go with the equipment I purchase. Was told that they couldn't do anything for me unfortunately. I could go on their website and buy something different! Do Not Buy from this company!
Hugely disappointed in this company. Our motor went out 13 months after purchase I thought that it was the remote battery because it was temperamental not so. Customer service said it is out of warranty. We don’t use in the winter and maybe was used 30 times in total since new. This company does not stand behind their products. We bought our gate openers and Gate from Aleko online. We love the gate and openers until the temperatures dropped to roughly 20 degrees. The gate openers would not open. We were locked in out driveway until the temperatures warmed up. I contacted the company and we exchanged emails, pictures, and videos back and forth over 2 months explaining the problem. the Owners manual says they work down to Minus 4 degrees F. They do not. Worse company ever, ordered many items that were in stock, days later they come and say it is out of stock. It happens like this over and over again, don't do business with those guys.
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I wouldn't begin to fathom treating my clients this way. I purchased a gate opener from Aleko and was proud to do so, when received it would not work for me. I hired a professional to install, after numerous hours of troubleshooting and still paying the professional to troubleshoot, I still have a unit not working.
