Update Dec 2025: I just received a store credit for the damaged/incomplete products I was sent. I've adjusted my review from two stars to four accordingly. Thank you Petr. The gates are beautiful but are very thin. They arrived damaged. I've been in touch with Tyler from customer service since September trying to get an undamaged product. The hinge set was also missing. There is no latch for the gate. I requested that the hinges be sent to me. I received a set missing a ball bearing. My husband purchased me a two man inflatable hot tub to place inside of our home. I do not have a bathtub in my unit but I love me a hot bath. For Christmas and my birthday gift I received a Aleko hot tub. I am so in love with it. It’s perfect size perfect for me in every way I use my hot tub at least once a day if not more. The service here is fantastic! Tyler has been very helpful. The equipment for our automated gate has been hit & miss but they do what it takes to make it right. I don't suggest doing the solar powered system to power the gate.
Bought an Aleko 16’x6’ swing gate through Home Depot. Installed as per the instructions and then had to dig up post and cement because the gate sagged so much. Dug the hole 3’x3’x3’. Then took the bottom 3’ or the post and drilled holes and ran (5) 2’ pieces of REBAR through the base of the post. Lowered the post back in the new hole and had a cement company come and fill the whole with 1+ cubic yard of high strength cement. Let the concrete cure for 5 weeks. Rehung the gate yesterday. Love ALEKO. Their customer service /troubleshooting dept. and their parts dept. is top notch. They are fair & are proud of their product. Tyler goes way out of his way to make sure we are satisfied with the outcome of any issue we have and assists us and walks us through and troubles we have had. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
