Excellent customer service along with quality products. Ordered replacement awning cover after my ALEKO patio awning fabric lasted over twelve years of service. Replacement patio fabric (many colors/styles) made of Heavy-Duty material, replacement install easy to understand... if needed on-line videos along with calling customer service. Highly recommend ALEKO, very happy with my purchase along with fast shipping.
I recently purchased an Aleko 20x10 awning for my pool area. When the awning arrived we were impressed with the quality of the product, everything was sturdy and well painted/coated. The installation was a breeze, but I do suggest reviewing YouTube videos and pay attention to the installation instructions. Overall, the awning is working perfectly and is providing much needed shade and about a 10 degree cooler environment next to the pool and over the bar. The absolute rudest group of people I've ever been in a store with. Told me they didn't have the awning I wanted in the color that I had asked for but they had it in a different color. When he went to ring me up, the price was $310 more. I asked what the price was before tax. He said that is before tax. I asked him why it was so much more and he said it was because it was a different awning. This company Aleko is just horrible. We bought a Hottub online through HomeDepot. It cost us 645. On Nov 12th 2025. The return window for Home Depot was 60 days. Normal. The heater went out May 24th. Reached out to Manufacturer May 26th (Tuesday) (closed Sunday and Monday was a holiday. They told me my warranty was only good for 6 months (9 days out of warranty. Update Dec 2025: I just received a store credit for the damaged/incomplete products I was sent. I've adjusted my review from two stars to four accordingly. Thank you Petr. The gates are beautiful but are very thin. They arrived damaged. I've been in touch with Tyler from customer service since September trying to get an undamaged product. The hinge set was also missing. There is no latch for the gate. I requested that the hinges be sent to me. I received a set missing a ball bearing.
