Just left Bonita Springs office. We have been in Naples/ Bonita area since 2015. This is the WORST dr office experience of past 9 years. After waiting 1,5 hours...we still didn't get to see the dr. The office was obviously overbooked, bathroom was filty(this is urologist!) We were told dr decided to do a procedure for another patient ....in an already overbooked office! Friendly staff and Dr Sousa gave a very thorough exam. He was professional and I highly recommend this office for your urological exam.
Had a 7:30 appointment. Waited until 8:30 before I had to leave to go to work. The waiting room was packed. Why are they so over booked!?! Such incompetence. Will not return.
