It was not an appropriate experience. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the actual visit, everything was disappointing. The front desk has very poor communication. It seems to me that the clinic should only serve patients who speak fluent Spanish, as that appears to be the primary language of the staff. They charged me a copay in advance before I was even seen, which I found wrong—especially since the doctor who was supposed to see me wasn’t even present. Muy buen médico pero un poco lejos
Dr.Michel is absolutely incredible. Took amazing care of my wife throughout her whole cardiac event. Explaining each detail and putting her at ease. Fantastic bedside manner. A fantastic Surgeon and Doctor!!
Cardiology Office ! One the worst attention to patients , The Hispanic lady at the front has poor communication, and once you're there and don't have the correct health insurance information, they deny you care with a cardiologist when they're supposed to provide good care due to heart problems in the patients.
