Check-in was very efficient and pleasant. The Tech/Scribe that took care of me (Alyssa) was awesome. Very helpful (took 2 tests) and explained everything very clearly. My Dr. (Dr. Bovee) is Super Excellent! She takes her time with me and does not rush me out of the exam. I have great confidence in her because she knows what she is doing, I trust her judgement. Was not impressed with the folks at Newsome. They tried their best to get me to purchase the more expensive lens for my surgery when the standard lens worked just fine. Also had the feeling that everyone there was doing me a favor.
