I went into an appointment on 2/1/23, regarding dry skin and swelling/pain in the joints of my right hand and right knee. I was immediately told that I miss many appointments and labs, and that attitude and atmosphere ruined the problems that I was facing. I asked what appointments/labs I had brushed off, and I didn’t get an answer. I have an immune-mediated disease, so needless to say I take any health issue very seriously.
