Great staff, and minimal wait times. I’m not sure what others are complaining about. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 27 years and as such have a lot of experience with many different care settings and identifying problems in them. This office offers a personalized experience in a very impersonal healthcare culture we live in. The NP spent over an hour with me which is unheard of! She listened to me, and took the time to know me and my health concerns and that is incredibly important to me.
Thai place represents everything that is wrong with the healthcare system. They don’t care at all for the patients, long waits, terrible care, total lack of sympathy. I ended up leaving after a long wait even after driving 1 hour for a 7:45am appointment that they had told me would allow me to leave somewhat early in the morning, but they just don’t have any service oriented staff.
I am a new patient and am very disappointed with the way this office treats patients. They have no consideration for patients or their time and are unwilling to work with patients to try to put them and their health at the forefront. I wasted 3 hours today in driving waiting, and then having to leave because they never got to me, and this with an appointment early in the morning. I have no desire to go back to this place ever again.
