Dr. Alcaide is good, he is not the friendliest but you don't need to be friends with your gynecologist, but what is a real disaster is the Customer Service staff, they are inattentive, arrogant and treat you very badly, they are not clear about anything, in fact you can notice the bad atmosphere that exists between them.
