Alejandra was great! She was super helpful through the home buying process. As a first-time home buyer she explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood each step of the process. I always knew if I had a question I could reach out and hear back from her within a couple of minutes! Highly recommend working with her.
After interviewing four or five companies/brokers we decided to go with Alejandra Lumpkin and Natalie Decker of Coldwell Banker. Their professionalism in accessing and appraising our property was impressive and we knew right away who we were going to use to list and sell our house. Alejandra was so incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable. We met her at an open house and began working with her shortly after. As first time home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing, but she helped us every step of the way. She also was incredibly helpful in getting us the best deal possible along with seller credits. Would highly recommend!
