Thank you Kelly Devlin! We like to use them a a gluten free pie and tart crust too! :) Gluten Free Vanilla Bean Cookie Crumb Crust For your favorite pie or bar recipe! Ingredients: 1- 9oz box of Aleia’s Vanilla Bean Cookies 3oz butter Directions: 1) Pulse cookies in a Cuisinart and grind until they resemble crumbs. 2) Melt butter 3) Add crumbs and stir till blended. 4) Press into pie tin or rectangle pan. 5) Add filling and bake according to directions of your favorite bar or pie recipe.
I picked up a few different packages of cookies at the commissary. The almond horns are delicious! Gluten-free treats tend to be a but dry and sandy at times to me- but not these. I can't wait to try the others! I wish the commissary had more of these. :)

Tried a bunch of samples today at the event on the Durham fairgrounds. They were all so good! My daughter loved the snicker doodle ones and my fav were the almond horns. Yum!! Had to get two boxes to go!

I am basing my five stars on customer service alone, although I'm excited to try our fresh croutons! We had a quality issue with the croutons we purchased a few weeks ago but upon emailing the company, we received a warm, thoughtful response within one day (I sent my first email to the wrong place or I would have had a response weeks ago!!).
