Unfortunate My first impression was good before they got all the money from me for my 8 bridesmaids dresses. They were very helpful to the point of emailing me back and forth and the communication was very good. The Salesperson was very helpful and pleasant, and I enjoyed working with him. The tables turned when I paid off and had to ship the last 3 of the dresses as I could not pick them up at the store. They told me that it would be $10 each to ship each dress. Great service After spending all day up and down Miracle Mile, looking for wedding dresses with my daughter, with no success, we entered Alegria's. We were pleasantly surprised. Their selection is very tasteful and up to date. The people working there were very professional (not like some of the other stores on that street!) and were willing to work with me and my budget. I was very happy with the way they treated me and my daughter loved the dress she chose.
Amazing Experience!! I'm a very demanding person and before buying any dress I took the time to visit every single store on Miracle Mile. And I most definitely say, that I would have saved lots of time if I would have went to Alegria's Brides first. It has a great personal attention, they really take the time to help you find the perfect dress.
