I'm leaving this message because I am very disappointed in the roof that they did for me in 2014. I've been calling for the last 2 weeks and have not gotten a return phone call. I have a 12-year warranty that they call "a simple but golden warranty from alegre" but nobody returned the call to honor it. My Hope is that this message engage them to come take me care of my leaky roof.
Tried scheduling an appointment for them to take a look at my roof, they forgot to schedule it the first time, got the time wrong the second time, and failed to show up for the rescheduled time.
