Horrible customer service they get your hours wrong crazy how you can be with a company for years and they do you wrong. You think you’re working your hours but then your paycheck comes and it’s short because they don’t get your hours right. You return their call they don’t answer or if they do they say we will write a ticket and get back but never do. More than 4 times they mess up my hours the old staff were a lot more helpful and they seem to care to see if you were comfortable or were enjoying the job.
I have been employed with Alegre for 4 years, and I did have issues that were quickly solved, so I didn't mind. I unfortunately lost my client mid july, and this is where it went downhill and I realized that these coordinators/supervisors either don't know how to adequately do their job or simply don't care.My first bad experience is I was told I would be called to cover, meanwhile I was finding a permanent client.
