From the outside of the building to within, there is positive vibes throughout this whole clinic. The employees take their time to make patients feel welcome and safe. Procedure processes are explained throughly and appointments are always on time. The best experience I’ve ever had at any office. The office is very clean and maintained. Contact time via phone or email is on time as well. I highly recommend.
My Hyperemesis gravidarum was misdiagnosed at this office causing a great portion of my pregnancy to be terrifying and more stressful than it should have been. Had the doctors here taken the time to truly explain what this condition is I feel like I could’ve had a different experience but sadly I was brushed off like many women with HG.
My wife and I have been going here for years. Absolutely fantastic doctors, no issue with them. But recently their appointments have been problematic. First problem we ran into was during Hurricane Milton. We received a call that our appointment has been rescheduled due to the hurricane which is completely fine and understandable. The issue was we were later billed a $50 no show fee. I thought this was a mistake since they called to reschedule so I called.
