Ran unapproved and unnecessary tests (per 2nd opinion) and expected payment. Was not told testament plan until treatment was complete. Very frustrating and expensive experience.
Too busy to give my dogs the attention they deserve. Great location. No customer service. Very rude if you question anything. After five visits did not know my dog's breed. That was the last straw for me.
