Absolutely love Aledo FBBC. I highly Recommend their training and trainers!
My wife and I moved to Texas at the end December for my work, leaving behind 50 years of friends and family. Love this place! Going to a new gym is so nerve wrecking, but this place makes you feel so comfortable the coaches are all amazing people! I highly recommend it.
My husband and myself joined this gym 2 months ago for an 8 wk challenge. WOW! Life changer! The coaches are personable, well trained, and care about YOU! You are never left feeling like an outcast, you become a family, unlike some place’s that feel like a feeding ground of negative energy, and stuffy people. Great workout facility! The coaches...Tiffany, Andrea, Kelly and the owner, Toni are awesome. So thankful for this place every day after it has changed my life over the past 5 weeks. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to work out and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Check it out...I promise you won't be disappointed. I would rate this place 10+ stars if I could because they hold me accountable and are very supportive. I couldn't do it without my Fit Family.
