In my many years of business and customer relations i have never met more unprofessional and rude person in my life. Alec upsold me alternators for a boat that worked, but were not the proper amperage for charging at idle. I stopped in to see if there was something he could do to make them work or work out an exchange for the ones purchased. I found 'Alec' to be argumentative, antagonistic and at times, downright rude. He did NOT know what he was talking about on the item I took there and was very dismissive when I went back to him reporting issues with his work. Not cheap either. I would be VERY cautious about dealing with this 'business'!
Sucked!! Did business with owner years prior accidentally sent 300 to him refuses to send it back, claim i’m the fraud when it’s really him!!!
I had a disappointing experience with this business due to the owner's unprofessional behavior. Initially, he was helpful and courteous when I inquired about rebuilding an alternator. However, after further research, I realized that I only needed the alternator pulley, not a full rebuild. When I informed the owner of this, he got really mad that I wasn’t bringing in the entire alternator, as it was still installed in my engine. Outstanding knowledge and very fast at ascertaining what product I required. I was unable to get an answer as to what alternator I needed from a manufacturer or their distributor. The kind and incredibly knowledgeable gentleman, with almost 50 years experience, was able to give me the exact product a d a price in under a few min. I'll be receiving it the next day.
