I had a disappointing experience with this business due to the owner's unprofessional behavior. Initially, he was helpful and courteous when I inquired about rebuilding an alternator. However, after further research, I realized that I only needed the alternator pulley, not a full rebuild. Outstanding knowledge and very fast at ascertaining what product I required. I was unable to get an answer as to what alternator I needed from a manufacturer or their distributor. The kind and incredibly knowledgeable gentleman, with almost 50 years experience, was able to give me the exact product a d a price in under a few min. I'll be receiving it the next day.

Highly unprofessional. YELLED at my husband after he accidentally called twice looking for quotes. Dude, work on your customer service. Perhaps your emotional regulation, too. We all have bad days but yelling at potential customers isn't good for business. And based on some of these reviews, it seems that customer service is definitely an area that you could improve.
