Alectra utilities, does not abide by the winter ban. Customers who have had their electricity shut off, are supposed to have it back on by December 1/24. That is a Sunday. They do not work on Sundays, therefore, they should put hydro back on by Friday November 29/24. Some Alectra customers are obviously discriminated against, as they would not turn my hydro back on? Horrible experience. I had cancelled my service when I was moving they then failed to send me my final bill or anything statting there even was one they sent me a thank you choosing alectra thanks for canceling type message and that was it well today I get a call from a collection agency they sent to collections over 54$ that they never even informed me was even due I'm livid

If there is 0 star I would not even give one start . It’s very stupid system and for business can only call customer service to set up . They will just let you wait forever. Don’t know what they are doing .just wasting so much time
