They are cheater. Some of the places they damaged themselves and told my we will fix on a high price. Which I refused and then They started dispute in issuing me a EICR. They wanted to charge me high rate and double fee to Issue EICR.
We could not be happier with Alect! They carried out an inspection on a faulty electric fire. When they couldn’t repair it they quickly sourced an alternative and fitted it without delay. Communication was friendly and efficient at all stages of the process. Great job done - thank you!
