I was really nervous after having a bad experience when I went to a new dentist just after lockdown , I’m 34 and I’ve never had a dentist put me at ease so much , I suffer anxiety anyways but considering I was in her chair an hour I cud fell asleep I was that relaxed , I can’t speak more highly of her I can only describe her as having a lovely almost mothering, kindness feel Dileepa gentle caring by far best dental experience I’ve had Don’t change as your kindness is rare
I’ve just driven nearly 300 miles from Essex all the way up to the North East just to see my dentist, Ms Anna Grzes – and honestly, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Anna is absolutely brilliant. The care and attention she gives to her work is second to none, and she treats you with such patience and professionalism. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable – she really takes the time to do things properly. Big shoutout as well to her nurse, Hana – she’s fantastic. Absolutely awesome dental practice!! The staff are all extremely caring and very helpful. I see Rima, who is by far the best dentist I've ever been under the care of. So gentle ... I've just had two teeth extracted and I didn't feel a thing!! So I just want to say thanks and I highly recommend this practice.
First time attending everything was how it should be explained the treatment required and then booked in. Receptionist are helpful and welcoming
