Rang for a quote for an issue we were having, and he couldn’t get to us as he was on holiday but stayed on the phone offering me help and suggestions as to what I could do to try resolve my issue. Lovely bloke, thank you for your time!
Was supposed to fix a leak behind my elderly mum’s toilet. Only made it worse, charged her twice and left her with a broken bathroom and bigger leak. Left a total mess. Took complete advantage of a senior who lives alone then ghosted her calls leaving her totally distressed and in a worse place than before.
