Francis at the front desk is always helpful and understanding. Is a true professional, friendly, kind and very competent. We truly appreciate dealing with her specifically. On Separate occasions, we needed follow up calls and Information. Francis was prompt to get everything done that I needed. We enjoy coming to this office because of the staff, Dr. PRAMHUS and the phlebotomists. We don’t have to wait long and that is always a blessing.
Vanessa is so sweet and professional and really cares about her patients. She is a joy to deal with.
I used to live close to Dr Pramhus' office then moved, so it's about a 35 minute drive for me now, but it's well worth making the longer drive. He takes time, listens and I feel I have a voice in my care. The Medical Assistant who works with him is great, she has handled things for me multiple times. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful as are the phlebotomists. I'll keep making the drive!
