I disagree with the previous reviewer and was shocked to see a 1 star review! I have been a patient of Dr. Cook-Palmer since moving to Fredericksburg 3 years ago. She is kind, thorough, and compassionate.. I feel fortunate to have her as my physician!
She is very attentive to responses, needs and concerns. She is very easy to talk to and does not rush through appointments. I am new to Kaiser and she took the time to explain and walk through the processes for me. I am very thankful and appreciative of her high caliber of customer/patient service.
Not sure why this doctor has one star review. She a sweetheart. She is very thorough and makes sure her patient understands information provided. Very quick in communicating through messaging. Very friendly and she listens.
Might be the worst place kaiser has! Doctor Cook-Palmer was super rude and not good with kids. I would not use her again if they paid me. This is by far the worst place in fredericksburg. Stay away if you have kids!! I would give a zero if i could.
