First, Aldridge did something other highly ranked companies wouldn’t do-return my phone call, and the return call was prompt, friendly and helpful by their office staff. Next, I quickly received a call from Spencer, a field rep (as I was told I would by their office staff). Spencer cared about my issue and scheduled an appointment. Spencer was on time for his appointment and was excellent in his diagnosis of repairing my roof leak. They are very responsive and got the work done well and promptly.
My husband and I were having roof leaks in our home, and we needed an independent inspection to support a notice we were serving to our builder and roofing company for a construction defect. We hired Sam Aldridge to perform the inspection. He was efficient, professional, patient about answering questions, and provided an abundance of photographic evidence. We have not yet determined how the contractors will respond, but from what we have seen so far, we would not hesitate to recommend Sam for this type of work!
