This company will fight for you to do the right thing from June until Oct. I had several roofers come and tell me that I needed a new roof but my insurance was not having it because the original company that installed the roof did a halfway patch job after Helene and told me it was good to go. We hired Aldridge to replace the vinyl on our house at the start of summer. Since the beginning, Gavin was incredibly helpful with all of the inquiries we had and assisted us with addressing our insurance claims. Once the job started, we were introduced to Matt and their crew. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! Their team was phenomenal and our house looks wonderful. Love it!
They were very prompt and courteous until they found out my insurance would not pay for entire new roof then I didn't get any call back and no response about repairs leaving me hanging to find someone else to fix the wind damage
