These people are unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. They had my car for 11 days. They would never call me. I had to call them and then they acted like I was a bother. Their mechanic was rude and arrogant. They kept giving me different excuses when I would call about the status of my car. I had to spend my time, gas and money to go pick up the part. Then I was charged \$96 for about 20 minutes maybe 30 tops for the time it took them to put the part in. Prior to this I had them do a tune up. They messed that up royally too... read more
