Will NEVER take another vehicle there. Took my Dodge 2500 there about a year and a half ago for a rear axle seal. It takes a special socket to get the assembly out and I didn't have it so I figured I would let a mechanic do it with the right tools. Bad Idea. I am now replacing the seal again because it was very obviously not fully seated. If that were the only mistake it wouldn't be a huge deal, fix it and go on with life. Scott got'er done. We had a starter fail half-way up Grandfather Mountain. We called AAA. Scott showed up and got the engine running so we could get it to the shop. This was on a Saturday at noon, the car was fixed by 4:30pm on Monday. Really a GREAT job.
