Don’t rent anything U-haul from here. We had a reservation, showed up in time for pickup (showed up at 350 pickup at 4) no one was here although “business hours” are until 5pm. Building was locked and they didn’t answer the phone. Got stuck waiting for some regional manager to come assist us. If I could give no stars that’s what they’d get. Beyond unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. U-Haul on great mills road is your best option!
