We used Aldridge Associates as rental Propery managers for 5 months in the first half of 2011. Dan Aldridge is a personable man however renting through them was a a nightmare for us. Our difficulties included squatters in the unit, gas burners left on,and bounced checks for rental proceeds. Over a year later we are still trying to get the remaining rental monies accrued. I therefore have reservations about their ethics and financial management skills. I would not reccomend them.
