He was the lawyer in my child custody case he would show up 5 minutes before court would not return any of my calls did not even know my child's name. I ended up having to fire him. Please use anyone else but this man for a child custody case.

Mr Rutter was the Guardian Ad Litem in my child custody case. He didn't do his due diligence in trying to see what was the best situation for my son. There was critical information in the case that was presented to him that he either neglected to view or didn't deem serious enough to change his stance. Luckily, my attorney was able to convince the judge to go against his recommendations. Would not recommend.
