So many mice and they won’t even do anything to help plus big infestation everywhere Manetince doesn’t do anything but stuck with a sink that water doesn’t go down for an hour later

2nd edit. It's a dangerous place to call home. You contact emergency maintenance and they respond like you are the problem. Rent retaliation is real and I urge others to be aware of such concerns Edit: it gets worse every year. Now the elevator has been broken for the fourth time. BUG INFESTED. Updating this review a year later. It's a shame management doesn't care, but bugs in the hallways and in your apartment is going to be commonplace anytime during the summer. It's really bad. Edit: it gets worse every year. Now the elevator has been broken for the fourth time. BUG INFESTED. Updating this review a year later. It's a shame management doesn't care, but bugs in the hallways and in your apartment is going to be commonplace anytime during the summer. It's really bad. The building is really falling apart and it's only seeming to get worse. If you plan to be here a while, I would change that plan

🚩🚩🚩🚩Current Tenant Here. Please do not move to any apartments associated with Residential One/ Bradley Crossing. I am locked in today( 4/20/2025). The door knob broke off. Called the emergency line and was told they do not assist with emergency lock ins/lock outs such as this and that I would have to call a lock smith. Spoke to the person that’s on call to handle emergencies this weekend and was told there was nothing he could do about it since the county or management company took out lock ins/lock outs.
