Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Been dealing here for many years and have dealt with multiple sales people but....Al is by far my favorite. Always helpful and never ever get the feeling that your "bothering" him. Very knowledgeable and willing to help figure out problems ive come across. Thanks al!!!
I recently purchased an ECU that’s getting harder to find for an older Jeep TJ wrangler. I was also able to locate a complete carpet kit. The level of customer service I received was excellent and pricing was very fair. Their online parts look up is very easy to use and they have a huge selection available from so many makes and models. I will definitely look to Aldon first before I go anywhere else.
The fellas on the phone were very helpful. Led me to the right part, good customer service.
