Dr. Alleva is very caring, excellent listener, knowledgeable. All other office personnel are wonderful. Efficient. Pleasant. Accommodating. Thank you all.
Although I love my Dr the office is terrible. Have been waiting for a call back for 3 days and nothing. Asked to speak to my dr and office manager and still no call back. Terrible administration in the office.
He is by far the best primary care physician I have ever had throughout my entire life. He is also very friendly and he always listens and addresses any concerns. His staff are also friendly. Never had a single bad experience and anytime I have needed them they were always ready to help. He also has a very good kind personality and always smiles. He feels a lot more like a friend than my doctor. If you are looking for a PCP, highly recommended!!!!
I was going to Dr. Alleva for approximately three years. Everything seemed to be nice and well until I really had a problem. I never received a phone call back after calling his office 10 times in two days. It wasn’t till I left a message with the service that he didn’t need to call me back. I was just going to get a new doctor. My old doctor, who had to retire because of a car accident call me three times before Dr. Alleva did.
