Unprofessional phone staff, doctors need to have recorded lines for all staff that provide patient service’s overall. Holiday week or not it is common sense to provide the best service possible during this time. Very disappointed in medical assistant staff remarks. Temu provides better services. Hope company listens in on all phone calls to find out who is unprofessional.
Saw this doc on two occasions in 2023, sleep apnea, copd, respiratory failure diagnosed. I stopped by the office to make an appt for dizziness, I was told I could not be seen in the "lung clinc" for dizziness because I had passed the "walk down the hall test". Went elsewhere. Of course, he refused to see me after he had entered the coveted "CPAP revenue cycle"!
Dr. Parodi has always been extremely helpful and very supportive of my concerns.
Today was our first visit with Dr. Parodi. He was recommended to us. Our wait time was better than most specialist visits.(we had paperwork to fill out so it all worked out) My husband & liked his bedside manner..To the point He explained things to us. In human form NOT doctor talk. The front desk and rooming nurse were also pleasant. We were able to schedule a follow up before we left. We are new to the area and appericite the kindness. Makes having a sick loved one a little easier.
