Doryian went above and beyond to help me, even though the mistake was caused by another store. She took the time to listen, understand the situation, and find a solution rather than just passing me along. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into making things right. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication to great customer service did not go unnoticed!
I am Asian. Walk in the store today. Dec 12. The lady who working there did not even say hi. Did not event care or look at me; if i need anything. Eventhough im the only one in store at that time. Meanwhile another African American walk in. She say hi right way Racism is real with the African American cummunity.
Markie was amazing!! I came into the store my husband and small baby and he was helpful and patient. He helped me find and put on shoes as I rocked my crying baby. Really appreciate the 10/10 service. My husband and I also both left with the perfect shoe to attend a wedding. Thanks Markie!!
