As I entered I was not welcomed or asked if I even had an appointment in fact no one looked up. I finally got to see the vet she really didn’t seam like she wanted to resolve the issue or look at it just move on to adding stuff to the bill, it all felt like a money making exercise and my pet was a second. I’ve never walked out a vets before in disbelief. Deserving of zero stars. Terrible service. Went in to get a lump on my collie checked came out with a $1200 bill to come back for a teeth clean under anesthesia and they will remove the lump (which they did not check) at the same time. Left feeling like nothing was done no service was given and still had to pay $110 consult fee which only lasted 5mins. The vet did not ask basic questions such as medications, dogs temperament, didn’t take temperature or analyze anything. Didn’t even acknowledge my dog. I told the receptionist... read more
This is my bunch of rascals, and both Aldinga and Willunga vet look after these furr family really well, they've done dental, all their vaccines, and even some surgery on the white ones ears, ive always had a positive experience with this vet
We all want the best for our pets. My elderly, disabled bunny wasn't doing well and needed to rest. Dr Jane and the staff were wonderful and caring through such a hard time. I was given treasured keepsakes of paw prints, fur and a beautiful card with seeds to plant for her memory . Thank you so much to all the staff at Aldinga vet clinic. Special thanks to Dr jane🩷 I've put reviews in before but I think if services changes then so should your reviews.
