Ring through to Aldinga to order 8 bales of peastraw and delivery, get through to Reynella instead, cos their phone system rang it through because they're so busy at Aldinga, apparently. They just tell me to drive down there and pick it up??! What the? So not helpful! Should I bother ringing again? Will I just be wasting my time again? Or made to feel like I'm wasting theirs! You try to give people money but they don't want it!
