I complained to Adrian about some stuff broken in the house his answer was how Would I know .Any agent should disclose everything related to property but he is just not responsible. Left uncleaned house me to clean . Left a fridge and a washing machine and found out under it tiles missing not just that asked him to remove interior pictures of our property for security reasons and he simply trying to make me fool by telling he had no access but other agents does . Poor service and wouldn’t recommend.Full of lies .
Adrian was incredible with assisting my elderly grandparents with the sale of their home. He negotiated a rent back agreement from the new owners to enable my grandparents to locate alternative accommodation during complex circumstances and was sensitive and understanding of their needs. Patient, kind, genuine, transparent, honest and sincere. I seriously could not recommend Adrian enough and am grateful beyond words for his support throughout the entire process. Thanks so very much, Adrian :-)
Wonderful experience selling our house with Aldinga Beach Real estate. Adrian was very knowledgeable and gave us the knowledge to prepare our house for sale to make it more presentable to buyers. He made the whole experience very smooth and always kept us in the loop with his insights from each open house. Definitely recommend this business
25/10 update - Adrian's response is simply full of more lies and the exact reason I wrote the original review. Original review - Adrian took advantage of my personal situation for his own gain. Told me lies about 'accidently' making a phone call and disclosing information. Was unable to sell my house for $70k LESS than his 'confident' starting price. Weeks of wasted open inspections where only one, or ZERO people showed up. Meanwhile houses elsewhere are selling like hotcakes. Absolutely manipulated my circumstances for his ... read more
Adrian, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was very professional and supportive throughout the whole journey!.
