Was searching for a new pet clinic for my fur babies and I’m so glad I did, clean…very helpful, they explain everything and listen to all your concerns.
Have been taking my dogs there's for several years..One of them has a skin condition..they give her steroids injection and antibiotics..they haven't worked several times.. been doing this for a couple of years..I called today to get a refill for her antibiotic and they say she has to go back for a visit.mind you she was just there 2 weeks ago.. there in it for money they don't care about your pet in my opinion..

Receptionist needs training on how to communicate with clients they are very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time on taking your pets to this location run they will charge you for literally doing nothing to them.
Front desk needs training on customer service. The whole clinic is very unprofessional. Once my dog was given to me after being put under anesthesia I was not told of any side effects he would have. My dog had a seizure on my way home I called the office back to let them know i was on my way back and i was denied service because "they where about to close" ?? mind you I had just left and their closing time was not until another 30 mins.
