LTL 6pallets showed up 2hrs late still got a door upon arrival. After opening doors and backing in take paperwork to the door on the right of dock door 41. Lumper fees must be paid before 3am. No overnight parking however I did see trucks parked outside the facility on both sides of the street. Safe travels

Dry van delivery: GPS Truck entrance (36.0598442, -86.4364516) you can park on the street, both sides. I have appointment 01:00pm. Check in with guard at 20:00, sign some papers and get door. Park, bring paperwork to small door M23 and wait for Phone call. Lumper fee. Restroom available

Oh they treat ppl like they’ve been there before. They unload only between 8p-3a. Check in line was RIDICULOUS!! 3 lanes but only 2 ppl allowed in the small office at a time to check in. Took an hour to check in. My was appt was at 1a. I got there when they started accepting trucks right before 8p and got a door immediately but they didn’t touch my trailer for at least 3hrs and sent lumper fee afterwards 1a and paperwork after 3a but they tell you to have it paid by 3a. They are decent, they have improved alot.

Early check in allowed.Be here at 8pm to 3am.Don't be late.No overnight parking. Being in a place where parking is a problem this facilities need to be forced to provide otr drivers parking.
