Good experience to be my first time delivering here, appt 00.00, arrived & checked in at 21.00, get door at 21.30, got unloaded at 23.00.

I came a day early got unloaded was nervous at first but they got me in a door still long wait for lumper but otherwise great cus I am early 😜 Stamp upon entry lumper receipt after unload 2 nearby truck stops but full at night time appt 11pm 6/5/25 arrived/check in 6/4/25 2am door 3am waiting lumper actively unloading lots of trucks waiting on lumpers though already.

nice place but, there receiving time is weird at midnight. no morning deliveries. you need to check in with security before entering, they will assign you door and besides security check there is staging area where you can park before you get into actual doors. when you’re done you have to pay lumper fee.

Just two pallets, unloaded in 15 minutes and paid lumber next 15 minutes. But the guy at the lumper desk refused to give me back the paperwork. Avoid coming here at all costs. These people at the lumper department are very unfriendly and unfair.

Very slow at returning paperwork back. They will run your clock all the way down to where you can’t leave but tell you that you have to leave the premises after you finally get your paperwork back.
