1 pallet. Was unloaded with green light over 2 hours ago in a timely manner an hour before my actual appointment time. Just waiting for the complicated bills to be signed. That 1 pallet is probably really hard to count or something… 5 hr 17 mn. For 1 pallet… unreal
Got a door when I checked in early. Sat for an hr to finally get notified they forgot a pallet on my truck. They don't put the load bar back up that I had already put into place.
Need to add more staff or better Management! Check Out proceas is horrible and slow. Over 3.5hrs to Unload 8 skds
Was sent to a dock door to load from guard shack. Sat on dock door for 4 hours with no activity and no communication. You will not get anybody in shipping and receiving to answer the phone. They don't seem to have any respect for truck drivers nor their time. Unprofessional and disrespectful. After 4 hours with nothing, I left. THEN I had somebody's attention. Phone blew up. " they were getting ready to load you". ME: "all they had to do was communicate that to me." Will NEVER go back here!!
